Rustworks provides infrastructure hosting, custom software development, and managed services including but not limited to:

• Game server hosting
• Virtual private servers (VPS)
• Web hosting
• Custom software development
• Managed IT services

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Engage in unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Host illegal content or conduct illegal activities
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. In the event of unscheduled downtime exceeding our SLA commitments, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.

7. Data and Backups

While we implement reasonable backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data stored on our Services. We are not liable for any loss of data.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

All Rustworks branding, logos, and service marks are the property of Rustworks and may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rustworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked, and any data stored on our systems may be deleted after a reasonable period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our Services or other users.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rustworks operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
